Main parts introduction of the system

1. Heating system

It includes the fuel tank, heater, heating furnace. The advantages are high heating-efficiency, little heat loss, high heating-speed. The oil heater can be controlled the input heat that make sure the whole system stability during running.

2. Distillation system

The system is including distillation kettle, rectifying tower, cyclone sedimentation tank, condenser, oil storage tanks. In the system, the distillation kettle can not heat, but the heating furnace. The feedstock is heated circulated in the heating furnace and reaches the distillation cuts temp. Because of the special inside structure designing of the rectifying tower, it can increase the oil quality; the cyclone sedimentation tank reduces the most ash of the oil; the condenser is tube type and easy to open for cleaning daily.

3. Vacuum system

The vacuum buffering tank and vacuum pump are included in the system. It is negative pressure distillation, which can reduce the distillation cuts temp, not only saving the energy but also more important is greatly increasing the single unit output and oil quality.

4. Waste gas recycling system

There are water seal and back fire device in the system. It not only recycles to use the non-condensable gas for heating, but also solves the environment pollution and save fuel in some ways.

5. Emission controlling system

It is including water tank, emission controller, and the induced draft fan. The emission can meet the international environment requirement after this system.

6. Intelligent electricity controlling system

The system is including the display cabinet and collector of parameters on site. The temp, pressure, liquid level can be showed on the cabinet, it is also high temp, high pressure and low or high level showing functions, which reduces the risk and waste because of the human factor.

1. Collect waste tires: All kinds of waste tires are available, from small car tires to big OTR tires.

2. Remove steel wire: Use a steel wire pulling machine to pull out the steel wire from waste tyres. The steel wire pulling machine is operated automatically, which only need one work for operation.

3. Shred tires: Use a specialized tire shredder to process big whole tyres into 3-5cm small pieces for easy feeding. The tire shredder is a single and fully automatic shredding system, which can be directly connected to the feeding system of the continuous pyrolysis plant, which no need any transfer process.

4. Continuous pyrolysis process: Shredded tires go into the continuous waste tyre pyrolysis plant, will firstly go through a mutiple pyrolysis reactor system to be pyrolyzed into oil gas. And oil gas will be cooling down to liquid oil through the cooling system. The residues (carbon black) will be pushed by continuous feeding tyres to the carbon black dischrge system for discharge.

What is pyrolysis technology?

          The pyrolysis method for recycling used tyre is a technique which heats whole or shredded tires in a reactor vessel containing an oxygen free atmosphere and a heat source. In the reactor the rubber is softened after which the rubber polymers continuously break down into smaller molecules. These smaller molecules eventually vaporize and exit from the reactor. These vapors can be burned directly to produce power or condensed into an oily type liquid, generally used as a fuel.           Some molecules are too small to condense. They remain as a gas which can be burned as fuel. The minerals that were part of the tire, about 40% by weight, are removed as a solid. When performed well a tyre pyrolysis process is a very clean operation and has nearly no emissions or waste.

1. Feed raw material (waste rubber) into reactor by full-automatic feeding machine. The reactor is supposed to be left 1/3 space for rotating more smoothly. Then make sure the door of feeding machine is closed.

2. Pyrolysis process: reactor will be gently heated by burning the fuel material (coal, wood, natural gas, LPG or tire oil generated). The oil gas will be released when the temperature reached 100℃(250-280℃ is the top output rate interval). Heavy oil gas separated by manifold is supposed to be liquefied and drop down into the heavy oil tank. The lighter gas will rise up to the oil condensers, be liquefied in to oil and stored in the oil tank. The incondensable gas though dusulphurization and dedust by hydroseal will be led to the furnace for recycling.

3. The exhaust will be treated and discharged to be national emission standard.

4. Before starting next batch, make sure all the work has been done.

PROCESS FLOW OF WASTE TYRE PYROLYSIS PLANT :

PROCESS INTRODUCTION OF WASTE TYRE PYROLYSIS PLANT :

1. Feed raw material (waste tyre) into reactor by full-automatic feeding machine. The reactor is supposed to be left 1/3 space for rotating more smoothly. Then make sure the door of feeding machine is closed.

2. Pyrolysis process: reactor will be gently heated by burning the fuel material (coal, wood, natural gas, LPG or tire oil generated). The oil gas will be released when the temperature reached 100℃(250-280℃ is the top output rate interval). Heavy oil gas separated by manifold is supposed to be liquefied and drop down into the heavy oil tank. The lighter gas will rise up to the oil condensers, be liquefied in to oil and stored in the oil tank. The incondensable gas though dusulphurization and dedust by hydroseal will be led to the furnace for recycling.

3. The exhaust will be treated and discharged to be national emission standard.

4. Before starting next batch, make sure all the work has been done.
